Iran's Supreme Leader Khamenei denounces Trump as a liar
On May 18, Jin10 reported that Iran's Supreme Leader Khamenei accused U.S. President Trump of dishonesty and abuse of power, marking the latest verbal conflict between Tehran and Washington. "Trump says he wants to achieve peace through power," Khamenei said, "When have they ever used power to create peace?" Before Khamenei made these remarks, Trump visited the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE. Trump spoke at an investment forum in Riyadh, accusing Iran's leadership of corruption and "stealing the wealth of the people" to fund terrorism. Khamenei stated, "Some of the comments made by the U.S. president during his visit to the Middle East are not even worthy of response. These comments are so low in level that they are a disgrace to the speaker and a disgrace to the American people."
