On May 22, Jinshi Data announced that China Development Bank Financial reduced its holdings of 3 million shares of the company through centralized bidding transactions from May 21, 2025 to May 22, 2025, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital. The price range of the reduction is 12.6~14.34 yuan / share, and the total amount of the reduction is 39.1733 million yuan. The shareholding reduction plan has been implemented, and the current number of shares is 37.3407 million shares, with a shareholding ratio of 12.45%.
