Some of the EIP adjustments include: EIP-7951 requires further testing pricing, EIP-7907 contract size limit is reduced from 256 KB to 48 KB, EIP-7918 Blob base cost is reduced from 2^14 to 2^13, and EIP-7892 maximum blob count parameter is merged into EIP-7594. In terms of testing plans, Fusaka Devnet 2 is scheduled to launch on June 23 and requires at least three sets of CL and EL clients to be ready, with some adjustments postponed to Devnet 3 and an extended testing schedule. In addition, Glamsterdam proposes to add EIP-7745 (Trust Log Index) and EIP-7919 (Pureth, Focused Proposal), among others.
