Macron: Suggested that the leaders of Russia and Ukraine meet in Geneva, Switzerland.

On August 19, Jin10 reported that French President Macron said in an exclusive interview aired on a French news channel on August 19 that the future meeting place between Russian President Putin and Ukrainian President Zelensky should be chosen in Europe, such as Geneva, Switzerland. Macron stated that the location for the meeting between the Russian and Ukrainian leaders could be in Europe, "not only a hypothesis but also a collective wish." He mentioned that neutral countries could be considered, "perhaps Switzerland, I suggest Geneva."
