Mining company Core Scientific will expand the scale of the issuance of priority notes to $400 million.
Core Scientific, a BTC mining company, announced that it will increase the issuance of $400 million 3.00% convertible preferred notes due in 2029. The initial issuance size was $350 million, and due to favorable market conditions, the issuance size has been expanded. These notes are planned to be privately issued to qualified institutional buyers on August 19, 2024, with Settlement. The first batch of buyers will have the option to purchase an additional $60 million in notes.
