BlockBeats News, on December 13th, Dennis Porter, co-founder and CEO of Satoshi Action Fund (SAF), announced on social media that he will announce the launch of another version of the 'Strategic BTC Reserve' bill next week. It is reported that the 'BTC Rights' bill previously passed by the Pennsylvania House of Representatives was drafted by the external BTC advocacy organization Satoshi Action Fund, and is the latest initiative to help legislators understand the nuances of blockchain technology and BTC. SAF has successfully helped draft and pass similar legislation in 20 other states, with four bills becoming laws in Oklahoma, Louisiana, Montana, and Arkansas.
