Analyst: Inflation data may limit the short-term ability of the Central Bank of the UK to cut interest rates

On February 19, Jinshi data reported that stronger-than-expected UK inflation data led investors to reduce their expectations of the earliest interest rate cut by the UK Central Bank to March. The data shows that the current market expectation of a rate cut in March is 15%, lower than the 25% expected on Tuesday. The UK's inflation rate in January rose from 2.5% in December last year to 3.0%. Analyst Daniella Hasson of Capital.com stated in a report that the inflation data may limit the UK Central Bank's ability to cut interest rates in the short term.
