A week ago, President Donald Trump signed the GENIUS Act, regulating stablecoins in the US, and publicly thanked Ardoino for his work in the bill. Ardoino stated that we are developing an internal strategy for the United States and plan to announce this strategy in the next two months. The new US stablecoin will target the institutional market. Ardoino finally reiterated that Tether has no intention of going public like its American competitor Circle.
