All ingredients except for liquid oil and water are placed in a mixing bowl and mixed well with the help of a wooden spoon.
The center of the flour is opened in a pool shape, and all of the liquid oil and about 1 cup of hot water are poured into the hollow, then mixed with a spoon by taking from the corn flour on the edges. Here, I would like to point out that the water should be hot enough not to burn the hand.
Slowly add a small amount of hot water and mix until the dough reaches a batter consistency. The dough should be more liquid than cookie dough.
When our dough starts to take shape, a little more water is added and it is started to be kneaded by hand. It is kneaded by hand for about 4-5 minutes.
When the dough reaches the desired consistency, baking paper is placed in a 30 cm diameter tray, and the edges are folded outwards to tighten. If you don't have baking paper, you can grease your baking tray well.
