Recently, the price of Ethereum (ETH) has surged significantly, climbing from $1300 all the way up to $3600, attracting widespread attention from the market. However, this rapid price increase has also brought some potential risks.

When the ETH price fell to 1300 USD, market confidence was low, and many predicted it might further drop to 1000 USD. But now, with the significant rebound in price, investors are starting to consider whether they should continue to buy.

In this regard, industry experts suggest that investors should act cautiously and not blindly chase after rising prices. The main reasons are as follows:

1. Profit-taking pressure: The price increase from $1300 to $3600 means that early investors have already made substantial gains, which may lead to a large number of sell orders for profit-taking.

2. Liquidity Risk: At the current price level, market liquidity may be insufficient to support further significant increases, and even slight fluctuations could trigger severe pullbacks.

3. Technical Resistance: There is strong technical resistance near the $3600 level, which formed a large number of trapped positions in January of this year, making it difficult to break through.

4. Lack of Fundamental Support: Currently, Ethereum has not seen significant improvements in network speed and governance structure, lacking fundamental factors to support further price increases.

In contrast, some analysts believe that Solana (SOL) may be a more attractive investment option. SOL's market capitalization is only a quarter of ETH, and there may be more favorable factors in the future.

Overall, in the context of significant volatility in the cryptocurrency market, investors need to remain calm, weigh risks against rewards, and avoid blindly chasing prices. At the same time, they should closely monitor market dynamics and changes in the regulatory environment, such as the recent cryptocurrency-related bill passed by the U.S. House of Representatives, as these could have a significant impact on the market.

Who isn't buying in at 1000 dollars and running at 3000 dollars? You see how many times I sell, it's always at the Floor Price.
