In Japan, the company Kaonavi, which focuses on human resource management solutions, launched a brand new work attendance management system "Roammate Attendance" in April 2025. This service is part of a series of professional tools developed by Kaonavi, which includes Roammate for human resource management and Yo-jitsutix for budget tracking.
"Roammate Attendance" enables companies to easily monitor employees' working hours through an intuitive dashboard and various input methods (including computers, smartphones, IC cards, and even biometric recognition). The system automatically triggers alerts in cases of missed clock-ins, excessive overtime, or unutilized paid leave. Additionally, it helps managers comply with Japanese labor regulations through its built-in legal support features.
