I only engage in three types of market trends; I don't mess with anything else.

Reflections after earning an 8-digit sum in the crypto world!
In these years of trading, my greatest gain is not just mastering how much technology, but the most important thing is having the courage to eliminate those market trends that I "don't understand."

In the end, trading is not about who analyzes more, but about who can stick to doing only what they understand.

I personally only deal with three types of markets and do not mess with anything else.

First type: Pullback confirmation after trend breakout
After a surge, the price retraces but does not break below the core structure, volume converges, it pulls back close to the previous high or support, and then rises again.
Entering the market at this time is a safe zone after following the trend and confirmation. What is concerning is that you can't help but chase the rise before waiting for confirmation.

What you should be afraid of is that before you even confirm, you can't help but chase the increase.

Second type: volume spike at the lower edge of the fluctuation indicating a false drop
During a sideways consolidation, there is a sudden increase in volume that breaks below support, but then quickly pulls back, forming a false breakout.
I only follow up on breakouts after confirming a pullback, in conjunction with volume-price divergence or market movements.
Don't be afraid of missing out; what you should be afraid of is thinking it's the bottom and instead of catching the upward trend, you're directly catching a knife.

Third type: Strong attack after the mid-trend consolidation
The price has gone through a period of upward movement, starting to consolidate or correct, during which there were multiple attempts to induce short positions, but the key support held, and it subsequently accelerated again.
I will increase my position when key support stabilizes and there is a short-term breakout. If I'm wrong, I can accept it; the key is that the position "can run away."
I don’t touch the top, don’t guess the bottom, and don’t chase after rapid changes. I only work with data scenarios that have been verified within my own system.

For any price movement beyond these three market patterns, I will either stay in cash or simply walk away.
Some people say that this will cause you to miss many opportunities.
I do not deny it. But what I want is not to "do more", but to "live longer".

Trading has never been about who can catch more, but about who can incur fewer losses, make fewer mistakes, and go further.
