Sentiment and Risk management
The main purpose of this chart is to manage risk.
I only take big swings when we are at sentiment extremes. In fact most of my pnl comes from riding the big swing trades on $ETH and altcoins.
When risk is in the middle the main thing one can do is wait and hold onto his position. In the middle we do not have an edge... I only do small scalps if a really good low timeframe setup occurs, a setup that I have backtested a bunch.
At the moment as you can imagine... there's nothing to do... except wait :)
