The announcement already stated that the Computing Power before July 24 needs to pay 20% by September 1. After July 24, new Computing Power must be staked to mine, right? If you mine without staking now, even if you have Computing Power, it's still invalid. This means if you don't want to stake now, don't waste electricity mining. It's all incremental staking, and in the end, the staked coins are more expensive than the Mining Rig. If the coin rises, you can earn; if it falls, it can ruin you! Small miners basically have no chance to play.
