The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced today that it will allow retail investors to participate in the trading of exchange-traded notes for crypto assets ( #ETN# ). This policy will officially take effect on October 8, 2025, and related products must be listed on UK investment exchanges recognized by the FCA while complying with financial promotion rules. Such products are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
