Fam, those who often sit idle must pay attention to their health.

Because my lower back and cervical spine have been very painful lately.

The cervical spine has been hurting since last month. During this time, I went to a massage shop for a massage, but it only slightly relieved the pain. This week, my lower back has started to hurt again.

I went to a traditional Chinese medicine clinic for a massage. This is my first time getting a massage at a clinic because I feel that I need more professional massage techniques and acupoints to properly relieve pain.

So today after I ran 10 kilometers, I went straight to the clinic. I don't know if it was because I had just finished running or for some other reason, but when the doctor was massaging my cervical spine and the acupoints on my head, my head felt particularly painful. It felt like blood and energy were rushing to my head, and I was on the verge of fainting.

Then I told the doctor that my head felt very heavy, and the doctor asked if I often stayed up late. I said yes, I usually stay up all night.

He said you shouldn't have to work the night shift in the second half of the night, I said this job is indeed tough, it's usually in the second half of the night that things start happening (often around 4 o'clock there are market movements).

Next, he massaged from the neck to the head, then to the waist and legs, every area was intensely sore. He said this is because you often stay up late, have insufficient qi and blood, which leads to lactic acid accumulation, so it hurts when massaged.

Then it is said that after frequently staying up late like this, high-intensity exercise is not only not beneficial to the body, but rather harmful, making it easy to suffer sudden death.

This is not the first time I've stayed up all night and done high-intensity exercise. I've been staying up late for almost half a year, and almost every weekend I stay up all night and get up to run ten kilometers. However, my body is increasingly unable to handle it. At first, I could run ten kilometers in 50 minutes at the end of last year, but now I can't even run one kilometer before my heart rate hits the max.

Doctor, this is joking with life. If I were a 40-year-old old Deng, I would probably have kicked the bucket by now.

During the period, the doctor asked me if I was single. I said yes, I have been single for a few years. He said no wonder you stay up so late (ps: maybe it's time to find a partner).

Staying up late is considered after 10:00 PM, and the time from 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM is when the liver rests, so try to go to bed before 1:00 AM. If possible, sleep before 12:00 AM.

Now that I think about it, if I keep enduring like this, will there be a day when I make the headlines, xxx, only 23 years old, xxx passed away.

I really don't want to die before I get my A8, so I need to start adjusting my routine and condition for my A8.

Here is a reminder for everyone, especially some chain-sweeping players who often sleep during the day and stay up all night @Vera548926 @Noobwillwin

The customer service on the night shift at sidekick is the same, except for Roy.

Pay attention to your health after sitting for a long time.
Stay up late less and do more Kegel exercises, eat well and pursue more girls.
