Web3 live trading platform @Sidekick_Labs announced the establishment of the Sidekick Foundation and the issuance of its native token K. This token powers real-time interaction, creator monetization, and community engagement on the platform. It enables seamless value exchange between streamers, viewers, and partners, facilitating various functions ranging from live gifting, staking to premium access, rewards, and decentralized governance.

The total token supply of the $K token economics is 1 billion. Among them: ecosystem growth (20%), long-term community incentives (20%), liquidity incentives (4%), foundation (16%), advisors (5%), core contributors (15%), investors (20%).

The initial circulating supply of the token distribution is 111,333,333 K (accounting for 11.13% of the total token supply), including: ecosystem growth (6.883%), long-term community incentives (1.5%), liquidity incentives (2%), and foundation (0.75%).

Lock-up terms: The allocation for investors, advisors, and core contributors must be locked for 12 months, followed by a linear unlock over 24 months.

Long-term community incentives (20%) This part is speculated to be given to hosts and viewers, based on viewer levels and host Live scores, it's all rolling in again.
